Problem Note 55989: SAS® Drug Development 4.3.2 - Some SAS® file types are not checked in to the repository as outputs following completion of a published job

The following SAS® file types are not output to the Repository when defined as outputs in a published job:
- Indexes (sas7bndx)
- Stored programs (sas7bgm)
- Audit files (sas7baud)
- Dictionary tables (vindex)
- Item stores (sas7bitm)
- Multidimensional databases (sas7bmdb)
- Data Views (sas7bvew)
The issue has been corrected beginning with SAS® Life Science Analytics Framework 5.1.1 except for a specific scenario involving item stores (sas7bitm).
For item stores, there will be cases where item stores are checked in as expected, but possibly not in the case where an item store is written out to a library.
Note a workaround is available for the case where an item store written to a library is not checked in, specifically if some other file type is written to the library first then the item store is checked in as expected.
